We start with an email consultation to discuss your project needs and gather any relevant information, such as sketches, photos, or ideas you may have. This helps us understand your vision and specific requirements.
2. Invoice and Payment:
After the consultation and reviewing all the details, one of our pro designers will confirm if we can proceed with your project. Once confirmed, we will send you an invoice for the chosen package.
3. Initial Draft:
Once we receive the payment, one of our pro designers will begin working on your project immediately to ensure the first draft is delivered within 1-2 days.
4. Revision and Feedback:
For our Standard and Premium Packages, we offer unlimited revisions. You can review the draft and request changes. We’ll update the design and send a new draft for your review. This feedback loop continues until you are completely satisfied with the final design.
5. Final Plans:
Once all revisions are complete and you’re FULL satisfied with the design, we finalize the plans and deliver the final blueprints within the specified timeframe of your chosen package. These plans are ready for your builder or contractor to use for construction.
6. Ongoing Support:
After you receive the final blueprints, we still offer free revisions. If there’s anything you don’t like or if the local building department requests changes, we will make those corrections for you at no additional cost.

We recently used another company to do some drawings for us for a permit, which came back as failed.
