1. Select the Modification Option: Take a look at our plans and identify the modifications you desire.
2. Contact Us: Get in touch with us directly by reaching out via phone or email. Let us know which plan you are interested in and the modifications you would like to make.
3. Detailed Discussion: We will promptly respond to your inquiry within 2-12 hours. We’ll gather more information from you to understand the specific changes you want. You can provide us with a sketch or a written description.
4. Revised Plans: Our team will diligently work on your modifications and deliver a ‘90% Construction Set’ of revised plans within 5 working days. This will allow you to review the changes and provide any feedback.
5. Finalized Plans: Once you have reviewed the revised plans and provided your sign-off, we will promptly send you the final edited ‘100% Construction Set’ of plans within 1 working day.
Note: If additional edits are requested after the initial round, they may incur an additional fee.

– Moving or resizing doors or windows
– Modifying a kitchen or bathroom layout
– Adding plan notes or details
